For patients: when the nurse taps “I'm with the patient”, the patient's screen now shows “The nurse is with you”, and the call status is more accurate. For staff: in-app call alerts are shown in your app language instead of the hospital language, chat messages are easier to read, and the staff list explains more clearly what happens for staff without a phone. A new light look. For patients: emergency and regular call buttons and "Write or say" right on the first screen, call reasons with pictures, and a clear call card showing which nurse is coming and the nurse station phone. For staff: a refreshed nurse station with a department filter and a connection banner. Staff can request to join a hospital themselves; the admin approves it or invites by link. The web version shows its loading screen at once and downloads less data.

Calls get through more reliably: if no one accepts a call for a while, it is automatically passed on to the next level of staff. For staff: "I'm coming" on a colleague's alert, "I'm with the patient" on a call, and a "This is a shared post" switch. Patients see how long they have been waiting, a hint to call staff out loud after a long wait, and the nurse station phone if the hospital has added one. Unconfirmed cancellations now show a warning. Bug fixes.
