Tiny Reads: Short Articles

Swipe into daily knowledge

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Highlights now show right in the article text as you read — tap any of them to revisit. Plus faster search, category filters, and small fixes throughout. Tiny Reads is a calm app for short, thoughtful articles you can finish in a few minutes. Pick your topics, open your reading deck, and swipe through bite-sized reads about science, history, psychology, philosophy, culture, nature, space, finance, and health. Tap any card to read the full article, save it for later, or dismiss what does not interest you. Select any passage while reading to turn it into a highlight, add a personal note, and revisit it anytime — or pin it right to your Home Screen alongside a widget that keeps a fresh article within reach, so reading stays part of your day. Features: • Short articles for quick reading sessions • Personalized topic decks • Swipe to save or dismiss • Highlight passages and add your own notes • Home Screen widgets — a fresh article to build a reading habit, plus your saved highlights • Clean reader view • Saved and dismissed cards • Light and dark themes • No account required to start Tiny Reads is made for simple curiosity, quiet learning, and small daily reading moments without feeds, noise, or endless scrolling. This is an early version of Tiny Reads, and I am genuinely excited about where this idea can go. I built it because I wanted this app to exist for myself, and I would love to hear what you think of it. Good, bad, or somewhere in between — every bit of feedback is welcome. I am always open to suggestions and genuinely happy to keep improving Tiny Reads. More topics, categories, and reading cards are planned for future versions. I am also open to collaborating with a designer who enjoys thoughtful, minimal reading experiences. If that sounds interesting, feel free to contact me.

Small refinements to Highlights, based on actually living with it since the last update. Your highlights now show right inside the article text as you read — no need to leave the article to see what you've saved. Tap any highlighted passage to jump straight to it and its note. Finding highlights is also faster now: search and category filters in the Highlights screen work more smoothly. Plus a handful of smaller fixes and polish along the way. Thanks for reading — as always, I'd love to hear what you think.
