Migraine Tracker helps you capture migraine attacks without making you fill out a long form while you are in pain.
Start an attack log with one tap, use the low-light Attack Mode screen, and add details later when you are ready. The app helps you track severity, symptoms, aura, medication, hydration, food timing, weather context, review gaps, and care plan details in one organized place.
Basic migraine tracking stays local by default. You can use the app without creating an account. Pro unlocks sync, food tracking, advanced widgets, medication safety insights, review workflows, trend analysis, and clinician-ready exports.
