# Patch Notes ## Character Killer Penalties — PK System **Crime now has a price.** Character Killer Penalties have been applied. Unprovoked kills will reduce your **Alignment by 10 points**. The lower your Alignment falls, the more severe the penalties become. ### 0 to −20 — WARNING * Approximately **2 kills**. * Character name turns **Yellow**. * NPC prices are increased by **30%**. * NPCs pay **10% less** when selling items. ### −21 to −80 — BAD * Approximately **3+ kills**. * Character is officially considered a **Criminal**. * **Items can drop upon death.** * Additional EXP loss when killed. * A **Bounty** is placed on the character. ### −81 to −160 — KILLER * Approximately **9+ kills**. * **Recall Cards and Teleport Cards are disabled.** * No easy escape — you'll have to travel on foot. ### −161 to −300 — CRAZY * Approximately **17+ kills**. * **Potions are disabled.** * **Storage is disabled.** * Death can cause **2 items to drop at 40% chance**. ### −301 and Below — MAD * Approximately **31+ kills**. * Up to **3 items can drop at 50% chance** upon death. * **3.5× EXP loss** upon death. * All penalties from the previous tiers still apply. ### Bounty Hunters * Killing a **Red-Named Player** is **100% penalty-free**. * Bounty Hunters can receive rewards for eliminating criminals. * The higher the criminal's penalty tier, the greater the potential reward. ### Self-Defense * Fighting back against a player who **attacks you first** is always penalty-free. ### Alignment Recovery * Alignment recovers by **1 point every 20 minutes online**. * There are no shortcuts to redemption. * A **MAD-tier killer** may require **100+ hours** of online play to fully recover. ### Excluded PvP Areas Character Killer Penalties do **not** apply in: * Free-PK Zones * Tyranny War * Guild Battle * PvP Events --- ## Equipment & Gameplay * Increased the **Maximum Upgrade Level to +9**. * Added announcements when a player successfully upgrades an item to **+8 or +9**. * Improved **Glow Effects** on upgraded Armor and Weapons. * Fixed **Level 150 Arrows** not being equippable. * Fixed **Mount/Board Animations**. * Fixed the **HP/MP/SP Recovery** functionality of Earrings. * Fixed the **Expiry Timer** of the Angel Wing Costume Gloves. * Fixed the **3-Hour Expiry** issue with the Angel Wing Costume. ## Gold Burner & Items * Added **Upgraded Protected Necklace** to the College Representative as a **Gold Burner** item. * Fixed **Upgraded Protected Necklace** functionality. * **Protected Necklace Random Box** is now tradable. * **Protected Necklace [10]** is now tradable. * **PVP Medals** are now non-tradable. ## Maps & Quests * Added the **Gymnasium Map** for future tournaments. * Map Coordinate: **(254, 0)** * Added a new **Cap Level Quest**. * Reward: **Oblivion Potion E [Non-Trade]** * Look for the **New Quest Helper** to find the quest. ## Social Features * Added **Block Player** functionality. * Added **Report Player** functionality. --- # Future Patches * **Character Increase Card** as a Gold Burner item. * **In-Game CAPTCHA System**. * **Auto Clicker Rules**. * **Traditional Chinese Translation** for: * Items * Equipment * Mobs * Skills Info
