The app lets athletes securely link with their coach, grant permission for wearable and health data access, and keep their latest metrics available to their coach’s dashboard. Once connected, athletes can view their coach link, wearable connection status, and recent data such as resting heart rate, sleep, and steps.
Harlen is intentionally simple: the coaching workflow happens on the coach’s web dashboard, while the mobile app helps athletes connect their account, manage consent, sync wearable data, contact support, and control their account.

• Morning HRV reminder — if you log HRV manually (e.g. WHOOP), Harlen nudges you at 8 AM on days you haven't logged it yet.
• Disconnect your wearable anytime from the wearable screen.
• Connection health — Harlen now warns you when your wearable has stopped sending data, so gaps get fixed instead of going unnoticed.
• More reliable wearable connection and general stability improvements.
