New this release: adjustable Swing. With the eighths active, a slider slides the off-beat from straight to a triplet feel and beyond — for blues, jazz and shuffle grooves — and you can set it per setlist section. The main-screen controls now also follow the system text size, staying legible and easy to tap at larger Dynamic Type settings. Steadier time: - Changing the tempo while you play no longer restarts the bar: the click stays on the beat you're on, and fixed-length sections no longer end early. - The downbeat no longer sounds twice at speed-trainer steps and automatic section changes. - Switching to headphones or an audio interface running at a different sample rate keeps the click's tempo and pitch exact. More reliable setlists: - Songs with no sections are skipped instead of stalling the setlist. - Sound, mix and pan changes made during a setlist are kept when you leave it. - Deleting the section, song or setlist that's playing moves on to the next section, or back to the free metronome. Apple Watch: - In eighth-note meters such as 6/8, 7/8 and 12/8, the wrist tap now follows the phone instead of running at half speed. - The Watch app is now in Italian. Accessibility and details: - At the largest text sizes the main screen scrolls instead of slipping under the status bar, and the tempo buttons no longer cover the circle. - VoiceOver reads the mixer sliders, the Link button and the playback banner correctly. A big step for accessibility. Every control (the tempo buttons, the transport, the beat wheel, and the Apple Watch controls) is now fully usable with VoiceOver. The orb and polyrhythm animations respect the "Reduce Motion" setting, touch targets are more generous, and beat accents stay distinguishable without relying on colour alone.

A new subdivision, Shuffle, joins the set: a pulse on the last triplet for the classic long–short shuffle and swing feel, at home in blues, jazz and triplet grooves. It sits next to triplets and the dotted eighth, with its own volume and pan like every other subdivision. This release brings also small refinements and under-the-hood improvements. The Settings screen now shows the build number alongside the version: a handy detail when you report something and want to tell us exactly which build you're on.
