Go over, and it is not just the extra days that become taxable in your country of residence: it is all of them. Telework Tracker helps you stay under that limit, with peace of mind. YOUR COUNTRY'S RULES Pick your country of residence: the app applies its rules and explains them on every screen. Starting a job in France mid-year? Your limit is adjusted. Living in Germany? A day only counts from 30 minutes of work outside Luxembourg. Living in Belgium? The app also warns you based on the Belgian tax authority's reading. LOG A DAY IN TWO SECONDS One tap each morning: telework, business trip, sick leave or paid leave. Half days too, and the app reminds you they count as a full day. Worked on a Saturday or a public holiday? Log it, and the app counts it once you confirm. ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND The annual ring shows the days you have used against your limit. We warn you at 75%, then at 90%. With Pro, you choose those thresholds yourself. YOUR WHOLE YEAR AT A GLANCE Every logged day is marked on the calendar. If your log and your actual office presence don't match, the app flags it so you can check. It never changes anything for you. PRO: AUTOMATION AND PROOF • Your office presence logged automatically by geofencing, on your device, with no manual input • Reconciliation between detected presence and your log • Your own alert thresholds • Multi-year history • A PDF compliance report, with your daily notes and a signature line for your employer PRIVACY FIRST Location is processed on your device: no GPS trails, no ads, no tracking. Your data syncs to EU-hosted servers only if you create an account. In guest mode, everything stays on your iPhone. Telework Tracker is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. Verify your personal situation with your employer or a tax adviser. SUBSCRIPTION Telework Tracker Pro is an annual auto-renewable subscription, with a 1-month free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
