PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your records live on your iPhone. There is no account or record-upload backend. Apple processes StoreKit purchases; opened links, Calendar accounts, support email and sharing destinations have separate handling. Reference content and retention calculations run on your device, drawn from publicly available EPA regulations. Designed exclusively for iPhone; Face ID lock is in Settings.

The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. The Lifetime purchase is a single charge with no recurring billing.
IMPORTANT DATA NOTICE
RenoComply stores all data locally on your iPhone. Free text summaries and Pro compliance PDFs are readable copies, not restorable archives. There is no full archive import or in-App backup restoration. Device backups depend on your settings and a usable completed copy. Temporary PDFs and independently saved exports can remain after sharing or deleting a record.
