TinyProject is a native macOS project-planning application for structured work breakdown, scheduling, resources, baselines, earned-value reporting, and Microsoft Project XML/MSPDI interchange. Plan projects with a WBS grid and integrated Gantt timeline. Manage task hierarchy, dates, dependencies, owners, resource assignments, status, percent complete, costs, baselines, and variance from a focused desktop workspace. TinyProject is designed for local project-planning workflows. It supports native project documents, reporting, PDF export, CSV/HTML/Markdown/plain-text output, and Microsoft Project XML/MSPDI import and export for exchange with other project-management environments. Integration credentials are stored locally in macOS Keychain. When integrations are used, TinyProject connects directly from the user’s Mac to the user-selected external system.
