Built for students at every stage, Rasika brings structured Carnatic music education to your phone — lessons you can follow at your own pace, a library of compositions to reference any time, and a tambura drone that keeps your shruti steady through every practice session.
GUIDED PRACTICE
Rasika teaches the way a guru would — one lesson at a time, in the right order. Begin with Swarāvali, progress through Alankarams, then move steadily into Geethams, Varnams, and Kritis. Each lesson unlocks only after the previous one is complete, so your foundation is always solid before you advance.
When you open a lesson in Practice mode, the app steps back — everything dims except the swaras, so your attention stays exactly where it needs to be. No distractions. Just the notes.
A LIBRARY OF 100+ COMPOSITIONS
The full Carnatic repertoire is available in the Library from day one — no progression required, no locked gates. Browse Geethams, Varnams, and Kritis by category. Read the lyrics, study the raga, and explore the composer's history whenever you want.

A Carnatic musician is nothing without their shruti. Rasika's built-in tambura drone plays continuously in the background as you practise — across every screen in the app, always within reach. Set your Sa anywhere from Low A to A3, fine-tune the timbre and breath speed, and stay in perfect pitch through every session.
