Large states (California, Texas) are split into sub-regions with click-zone detection
There is no forecast, no temperature, no hourly breakdown. Just radar. That's it.

• Smarter session caching with auto-refresh — data clears after 5 minutes so maps are never stale.

• Layout now adapts cleanly to every iPhone and Apple Watch size.
