Sovereign 2.0 is a big update. A fresh, lighter look across the whole game, a new logo, and a cleaner menu. The simulation runs deeper now. Corruption, legitimacy and inequality all matter, and they push on each other. Events grow out of the situation you're actually in, not random chance. Policies build on each other, so what you pass early changes what happens later. Big projects keep paying off too. Build a power plant and the energy crises stop for good.
