When a package goes out for delivery, your ride is two minutes away, a build finishes, or a flight begins its descent, Bennu shows it as a floating Pill near your menu bar and gracefully disappears when the moment passes. WHAT BENNU TRACKS - Packages: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, StarTrack, Sendle, and a universal parcel matcher for the rest. - Rideshare: Uber, Lyft. - Food delivery: DoorDash, Uber Eats, Deliveroo. - Flights: FlightAware. - Sports: ESPN scoreboards across NBA, NFL, MLB, and more. - Builds: GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab CI, Buildkite, Jenkins. - Calendar: native macOS Calendar. - Weather: WeatherKit. HOW IT FEELS The Pill lives quietly in the corner of your screen. Hover to expand. Double-click to pin. When something important happens, a brief animated conclusion tells you, then folds away. Notifications are off by default. You opt in per source. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT - Bennu does not collect, transmit, or sell any data. Every poll, every state, every notification stays on your machine. - API keys are stored in the macOS Keychain. There is no account, no sign-in, no telemetry, no analytics, no - third-party SDKs. The optional Mail auto-detection feature scans only for known carrier patterns and never stores or transmits email content. NATIVE TO MAC - Built with SwiftUI and AppKit. - Supports Notification Center widgets in small, medium, and large sizes. - Integrates with the Shortcuts app via App Intents. - Respects Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, and Dynamic Type. - Global hotkeys, menubar control, and full keyboard navigation throughout. SOURCES THAT WORK INSTANTLY - USPS, manual timers, native Calendar, WeatherKit, and the universal parcel matcher need zero configuration. Just turn them on. Sources that need an API key (rideshare, food delivery, flights, builds) are clearly labeled in Settings, and your key never leaves your Keychain.
