Every building around you is real — sourced from open map data — and it's up for grabs. Lace up, head out, and your steps automatically scout the shops, cafés, and apartments you pass. Buy them. Earn rent while you sleep. Watch a single corner store grow into a district nobody can take from you.
No tapping a fake map from your couch. You have to actually go outside.
WALK TO PLAY
• Your real-world walking auto-scouts every building you pass — no tapping, it just happens as you move.
• Walk into a building you own to sweep up the rent it's been quietly earning.
• Steps convert into a daily income write-off, so the more you move, the more you make.
BUILD AN EMPIRE
• Buy whole buildings or grab $1 shares in the ones you can't afford yet.
• Upgrade roofs, move in tenants, and keep your portfolio in good repair before it decays.
• Sign contracts between your buildings and real businesses nearby for chemistry-based income boosts.
• Chain same-type buildings into franchise routes — the farther apart, the bigger the payout.

• Defend it. A rival making a majority buy triggers a 48-hour walking battle fought on five fronts — and the winner is decided by who actually shows up and walks.
