Native SQL Server Manager
MSSQL Client & T-SQL Editor
Only for Mac
$19.99
Mac
A fast, truly native SQL Server client for the Mac. It speaks TDS directly: no ODBC drivers, no Homebrew, no Java or Electron runtime. Download it, open it, connect.
Written in Swift and AppKit, it launches instantly, stays light on memory, and looks at home in both light and dark mode.
— Connect the way your server expects. SQL Server authentication, Microsoft Entra ID (interactive browser sign-in, device code, username and password, or a service principal), Windows authentication with Kerberos single sign-on, and NTLM. Azure SQL and on-premises servers alike, with passwords kept in the macOS Keychain.
— Many servers, many tabs. Connect to several servers at once and keep them side by side. Every tab holds its own session, so a report that runs for minutes never blocks the query you want to run right now. Anything still running can be cancelled the moment you change your mind.
— A T-SQL editor that knows your schema. Autocompletion driven by the real schema: tables, columns, procedures and functions. It stays fast even on databases with hundreds of thousands of columns. Parameter hints as you type a call, syntax highlighting with themes you can adjust token by token, a SQL formatter, occurrence highlighting, go to line, and a searchable history of everything you have run.
— The whole server in one tree. Every database on the server, expanded only when you ask for it: tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, DDL triggers, synonyms, sequences, user-defined types and assemblies. The tree goes down to columns, keys, constraints, indexes, dependent views and routine parameters. Filter by object name or even by column name, with * and ? wildcards.
— Script anything. Generate CREATE, ALTER, SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE or DROP for any object, straight into the current editor, a new tab or the clipboard. Procedures and functions come with a parameters form, filled in and ready to execute.
— Results you can work with. Edit values directly in the grid and set NULLs, inspect long text, XML and binary values in a viewer built for them, and copy selected rows as ready-to-run INSERT, UPDATE or DELETE statements, with or without identity values.
— Data in and out. Export results to CSV, JSON, XML or SQL, copy them as CSV or TSV, and load a CSV file straight into a table with column types worked out for you.
— Exactly what the server returned. Dates, times and offsets are rendered the way SSMS renders them: no silent time zone shifts, no lossy formatting. Binary, rowversion and geography columns are left untouched until you ask for hex or a preview.
— Every property in one place. Table, view, index and column properties, including a proper editor for extended properties, so you can document a schema in MS_Description without ever leaving the app.
— Private by design. No telemetry, no accounts, no analytics. Your data never leaves your Mac.
