London is the capital of Great Britain and now it's live. Pick London when you start, or tap the flag on the map. You get open games from all local apps, clubs across the city, with prices in pounds. Clubs are starting to wear a tag on the map: rooftop, beginner-friendly, late-night. One word tells you what a club is about before you open it. Tap the tag and the club opens. The map now keeps time with you: the day look from 8 in the morning, the night look from 8 at night, for games and tournaments alike. See you on court.

Hey, Harry here. We built BallBall because we're padel addict, and 1.1 is the version we've been itching to ship. The big one: the best padel passport challenge. From September 14, every player in BallBall gets a passport. You fill it up, you share it, and other players stamp it. The most stamps wins a limited padel racket. Second takes a Premier Padel ticket. Third gets a crate of zero-cerveza. New here? I'll walk you through the map myself. Seven quick stops, and you'll know where the games, the picks and the passport live. Picks got smarter. The fit score is the only judge now, and the filters just say what you don't want. Fewer knobs, better games. Every upcoming game you're in now sits on the map. Swipe through them. Pushes about your friends now come with their faces, on the lock screen and in the inbox. And the usual: stale game cards, reminders and profile photos are fixed. See you on court.

Fixes in this build: / More games in your feed. Two different bookings at the same club and time were being treated as one game, so real games never showed up. / Your rackets stay saved. Editing your profile no longer removes them, and they appear right after you connect your account. / The friends count on a club pin no longer jumps between numbers. / The Instagram link in your profile now opens Instagram.

No more closing the app to see what's new. / A game that fills up while you're looking at it now leaves your picks, instead of sitting there pretending. / Fixed a game card that could slide off the screen at clubs with very long court names. / Fixed profile links — Instagram and Telegram now stay where you put them. / The Join button no longer gives up at the first hiccup: it quietly checks once more before asking you to.

Your friends, all over the app. Open a club and see which friends play there soon: one face per friend, a small counter when they have several games, and a tap opens the game itself. Days when friends play are marked with a lime dot in the calendar. Also in this release: Tapping a group of clubs on the map now opens the club list right away, and the map zooms in behind it. No more landing on an empty street. Racket photos in your profile are bigger and cleaner.

Every club has a real page now. Pick a day and you see that day: games, tournaments, which of your friends play there, how many people are on court right now. Filter down to the ones that fit you, or the ones your friends are in. Photos open full screen. The club's chats are listed, and you can join them from there. Also in this release: Games show their real length. A 60-minute booking used to display as 90 minutes. Now every game shows when it actually ends. Chats are filtered to your level, and each club's own chats live on that club's page. A push about a friend now shows the friend's face.

Three times faster. Open the app and it's just there. The map, your games, all of it, drawn before you can think about it. That was the job this release. Also new: Tournaments now have a fit score, same as games. You can see which ones are your level without reading the fine print. Games from chats tell you which chat they came from. One tap and you're in it. Lots of new communities and they're sorted by how much they actually play, and filtered to your level. Spending is split into games and tournaments.

Built with our users. We run a group of first padel players who break the app before you do. This release is their list. Your profile now counts the games you've played this month — tap it to see them all, on your profile and anyone else's. They also asked for: • A heads-up when a game needs the players' approval to join — the button tells you before you tap • Games that are full or already gone to stay out of your picks

You told us what was driving you nuts on court. So we did something about it. Here's 1.0.2: John kept getting pinged about games but could never tell which were worth opening the app for. So we put your fit score right inside the notification — now you know it's your match before you even tap. Dmitriy kept asking when she'd finally find games in Berlin. So we went live in Berlin — open games, tournaments, and players, all there now. Alina was sick of scrolling past competitive games when all he wanted was a friendly hit. So we added filters for format — competitive or friendly — and gender. Your kind of match, faster. Sofia loved a few clubs and players, but they kept getting lost in the feed. So now the clubs, players, and communities you like show up more often in your recommendations. Keep it coming — we're listening. See you on court.
