LiDAR-ASSISTED SCANNING
On compatible devices, InmoScan Express lets you scan interior spaces using LiDAR and RoomPlan to create an approximate measurement draft. The scan creates an editable draft before saving, so you can review and adjust the information before adding it to the report.
MANUAL CAPTURE
You can also enter measurements manually, even if your device does not support compatible LiDAR scanning. Add length, width and height, attach photos, notes and condition details. The app automatically calculates area, perimeter and useful report data.
REPORTS AND VISUAL CARDS
Generate property technical sheets, measurement reports, photo evidence and visual cards ready to share through WhatsApp, email, social media or any commercial channel.

PRIVACY AND SCOPE
InmoScan Express works locally in the current version. It does not require an account, does not use proprietary servers, does not include ads, and does not automatically upload your properties, photos, measurements, reports or cards.
Measurements, reports, visual cards and 3D files are approximate and editable. They do not replace professional surveying, appraisals, architectural plans, construction documents or certified technical measurements.
