B-Side: Album Discovery

Weekly picks for your taste

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Your next favorite album is out there. B-Side finds it. Every week, B-Side hands you five new albums you'd love but haven't heard — pulled from the edges of your own taste, not the charts. No endless scrolling, no "because you listened to." Just five records worth your time, and the reason each one is for you. HOW IT WORKS • Tell B-Side what you love — connect Spotify, Apple Music, or Last.fm, or just name a few artists. • Every week, get five fresh album picks matched to your taste — and never the same one twice. • Tap any pick to see exactly why it's for you, with the standout tracks flagged so you know where to start. WHAT YOU GET • New Release Radar — new albums from the artists you love, the week they drop. Nothing slips past you. • Best of Lists, re-ranked — the big critics' year-end lists, reordered around your taste instead of someone else's. • The why behind every pick — real reasons, not a black box. • Press play instantly — turn any week, or any list, into a playlist in Spotify or Apple Music. BEYOND THE ALGORITHM Streaming keeps you on the familiar to keep you streaming. B-Side does the opposite — it surfaces whole albums you don't know yet, from artists you'll be glad you found. Real records, real discovery. Free for 14 days, then $49.99/year. Cancel anytime. Find the favorites you haven't heard yet. What's new: • Radar Playlists — every playlist you've made from a radar now lives in one place on the Lists tab, so you can always find your way back to it. • No more duplicates — re-exporting the same radar hands you the playlist you already made instead of creating another one. • Apple Music — tap a playlist to open Apple Music and start playing it. • Fixes and polish throughout.
