tom は、吸った数を「見える化」して、責めずに少しずつ減らすための禁煙・減煙アプリです。
中央にいる黒縁メガネのドット絵キャラ「tom」は、あなたの喫煙状況に応じて健康⇄不健康に表情を変えます。
吸いすぎると tom は少し元気をなくしますが、責めません。記録さえできれば、tom はまた元気に戻れます。
■ まず記録、それから減らす
1本ずつタップで記録するだけ。今日の本数と目標、月の喫煙代まで自動でグラフになります。
■ 自分に合った減らし方
「まず記録する」「少しずつ減らす」「禁煙日を決める」から選べます。いきなり0本を強制しません。
■ 続けるごほうび
記録や「吸いたい」を乗り越えると鍵が貯まり、tom の着せ替えを楽しめます。1日1回の無料ガチャも。
■ そっと見守り（任意）
大切な人と招待コードでつながり、応援を送り合えます。喫煙本数そのものは相手に共有しません。
