I spent years believing alcohol was the answer. It wasn't. The answer was building a life I didn't want to escape from, and The Last Olive is where you build yours: daily tools, real workouts, recipes, a private community of women, and my coaching, all in one place.
I'm Christina. I struggled with sobriety my whole life, the last ten years the hardest. From the outside I looked fine: the good job, the ring, the apartment. Inside, I kept telling myself "that's not me." Accepting that it was is what broke me free.
What helped never came from one place. Yoga sculpt gave me my strength and my confidence back, even the power to become an instructor myself. The right education from people who'd actually lived it. The science that explained what my brain was doing. Real conversations that broke the walls down. There was no single place that held all of it, so I built one.
I made The Last Olive to put every piece in one place, so the next woman doesn't have to do it as alone as I did. That's you. I'm so glad you're here.
The Last Olive comes in two layers, so you can go as deep as you want:
THE CLUB — Your community and your daily foundation. A private wall of women who get it, monthly live calls with me and guests, daily tools to check in and stay accountable, on-demand workouts you can do at your own pace, and sober-friendly recipes and mocktails made for real life. I became a certified fitness instructor as I got sober, and movement is a huge part of how I healed.
THE METHOD — A deeper, more personal level. Personalized plans and lessons from me, a trained recovery coach with 10+ years of lived experience, with assignments I pick for you each month and a private line to check in with me. The closest thing to doing this with me right beside you.
Progress over perfection. Come as you are and build the life you want, one choice at a time.
Everything here is private, warm, and made for you. No judgment. No pressure. Just real tools and real connection, and a life you actually love.
