Brew Compass helps you understand what the shot is doing and whether the next move is better puck prep, a grind adjustment, a ratio change, or simply not panicking and changing five things at once.
The Water Compass helps you understand how your water affects flavour, extraction, brightness, sweetness, and balance. Learn how water hardness and alkalinity can change the way coffee tastes, and get simple guidance for improving your brew water without needing to become a tiny municipal treatment plant.
