Create your player, choose a position, and shape their future through early career decisions. Pick a school program, grow through campus seasons, chase the draft board, and keep pushing as the generated league world moves around your career.
Every save gives you a full basketball path:
- Create a custom player with position, jersey number, and portrait style
- Make age-by-age choices that affect ratings, money, popularity, and trust
- Choose fictional teams with different tempo, defense, prestige, and play styles
- Play possession-by-possession live games with box scores and play-by-play
- Sim full weeks to move through long seasons quickly
- Train ratings, manage stamina, and buy career upgrades
- Follow news stories, draft prospects, standings, awards, and career moments
- Build local legacy scores across school, campus, and top-tier career stages
The style is compact, colorful, and old-school: chunky panels, arcade sports colors, stat rows, scoreboards, and a fast sim loop made for iPhone.
All teams, players, and leagues are fictional. No real-world sports league, team, or player license is used or implied.

Looks like this guy took screenshots of Pro Basketball Sim, fed it to AI, and launched a ‘new’ game. Didn’t even bother to make sure it worked or add any original ideas. Try harder.

I really love this game. It’s honestly my favorite game, and I just have another suggestion that I think would make it even better.I’d love to see more realistic upgrades instead of everything just increasing your overall rating. For example, let us upgrade specific physical attributes with real numbers, like having a 46-inch vertical, improving speed, acceleration, strength, or stamina individually. It would make building a player feel more realistic instead of feeling like a typical overall-rating system.I know it’s just a game, but I think adding more realistic player development would make it even more fun and unique. I love this game, and I only want to see it keep getting better.
