Clariva is a free college-planning app that helps high school students find right-fit colleges and build a concrete plan to get in, the kind of guidance that usually costs thousands from a private counselor. Built by a high school student, for students who don't have access to expensive admissions help. No paywalls. No ads. No subscriptions. What's provided: • Personalized college matches : your Dream / Reach / Match / Safety list from 1,600+ colleges, based on your real GPA and test scores (works even for test-optional schools), with each school's published admission bands so you know where you stand. Prioritize the states you care about, or see "Top aid for my major." • 80+ majors across every field : engineering, computer science, business, nursing, psychology, liberal arts, pre-med, and more — with deep-fit analysis and alternative-major suggestions. Newly expanded coverage for liberal arts, business, and pre-med students: Georgetown, Emory, Boston College, Williams, Amherst, Swarthmore, Bowdoin, Pomona, and more. • Money finder : merit scholarships with published thresholds, WUE western tuition savings, need-based aid flags, and net price by income so you can see what families at your income level typically pay. • Early strategy : ED/EA deadlines, published early admit rates, and per-school test-policy chips (required / optional / blind). • Guidance for every grade : a 9th–10th grade roadmap, a senior-year timeline with month-by-month milestones and FAFSA/CSS Profile dates, and decision-season tools to compare award letters side by side before May 1. • AI strategy insight : a focused, personalized read on your strongest differentiator, the application move that matters most, your best financial-aid opportunity, and what to prioritize. • Gap Plan : pick your target schools and intended major (30+ majors across engineering, computer science, and pre-med / health sciences), and get a concrete action plan: research opportunities, internships, competitions, certifications, and school-specific priorities to close the gap. • Score Predictor : enter your SAT/ACT and study hours for a realistic target, a week-by-week study plan, and chapter focus areas. • Application Tracker : track status, deadlines, and a document checklist for every school, with days-remaining reminders. • Essay Brainstorm : generate distinct angles for Common App prompts to find your voice (Consider this a brainstorming tool to help generate ideas, you must write your own essay). • Interview Prep : practice common questions and get AI feedback on your answers. • Share your results : seniors can anonymously share where they got in to help next year's students. No account needed, nothing identifying collected. UPLOAD OR TYPE Upload a transcript or activities list (PDF, Excel, CSV) and Clariva extracts the relevant fields / or enter everything manually. PRIVACY FIRST Uploaded transcripts are processed in memory and are never stored. Family income, if you enter it, stays on your device for that session only and is never sent to a server. You can permanently delete your account and all data any time from the About page. A NOTE ON AI Clariva's AI features use large language models, which can occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify admit rates, deadlines, and scholarship details with each university's official site. Clariva is a planning tool, not a guarantee of admission.

Build your own college list: choose from 1,600+ schools and Clariva scores them with the same engine as your recommended plan, flagging when a list has no safety school or leans heavily toward reaches. • New detail page for every college, showing whatever that school publishes: its own stated admissions factors, recent application and offer counts, score distributions, deadlines, costs, and analysis for your major. Where a school doesn't publish something, the page says so rather than guessing. • Published admission rules: some public universities publish automatic-admission rules, like the Texas top 5% and top 10% rules. Clariva now shows those rules and whether your profile appears to meet the published criteria, along with the school's own note that such rules cover admission to the university and not necessarily to your chosen major. Always confirm with the school. • Every chance estimate now states its basis: your specific major where a school publishes major-level data, or the school's overall admit rate where it doesn't. • Updated costs for 68 schools and admission rates for 26 schools, taken from each school's own published figures. • Your application tracker now fills in automatically from your plan. Clariva's estimates are ranges based on published data, not predictions — always verify details with the school.
