NexAudio is a local-first voice companion for Mac, built for private speech, reading, and subtitles. Talk with a companion using push-to-talk, prepare consent-based local voice profiles, listen to RSS articles, and generate subtitles for local media. NexAudio keeps the main experience on your Mac and lets you choose when to connect optional providers. Local API / local Model Brain mode requires at least 24 GB of unified memory; 32 GB is recommended for the best local API experience. Voice cloning is for your own voice, voices you have permission to use, or original character voices. Child voices require guardian confirmation.
