■ RSVP速読とは？
RSVP（Rapid Serial Visual Presentation）は、テキストを1単語ずつ画面中央に高速表示する科学的な速読トレーニング手法です。視線の移動をなくすことで、脳が文字を処理するスピードを自然に引き上げます。

■ 主な機能
【速読モード】
テキストを1単語ずつ画面中央に大きく表示。視線を固定したまま高速で読み進められます。
【スピード自由調整】
100〜800 WPM（1分あたりの単語数）をスライダーで自在に設定。初心者は100 WPMからスタートし、慣れたら徐々にスピードを上げていきましょう。
【テキスト入力】
読みたい文章をそのままペーストするだけ。ニュース記事・メール・書籍の抜粋など、あらゆるテキストに対応。
【日本語・英語対応】
日本語テキストは句読点を基準に自動分割。英語テキストは単語単位でトークン化。どちらも自然なリズムで速読できます。
■ 使い方
1. 「テキスト」タブに読みたい文章を貼り付ける
2. 「速読」タブに切り替えてWPMを設定する
3. 再生ボタンを押してスタート！
■ トレーニングのコツ
最初は少し遅いと感じるくらいのWPMから始め、内容が理解できていれば少しずつ速くしていきましょう。毎日5〜10分のトレーニングで、読書速度の向上を実感できます。
