Invoicing • Invoice automatically can now send only the loads you've cleared — Clear to send / Undo clear on the load, the ⋯ sheet and the selection bar. • Every invoice goes with the load's most updated rate con. A signed older version never replaces a revision, and a review opened before a newer con arrived is never sent with the old one. • Send several invoices at once: tick the drafts and each broker gets its own email, previewed and edited exactly as you left it. Nothing is ever sent twice. • The load's Activity now shows its invoicing history — each invoice, factoring submission, payment follow-up and automatic invoice that did not go. • Invoices are overdue by the broker's payment terms, not a flat 30 days. Email • Two mailboxes: a Dispatch email and a Billing email. Invoices and follow-ups go from Billing; load emails go from Dispatch. The inbox tags which one an email came to. • Draft reply on any opened broker email: one tap puts a filled reply in Needs you, with carrier-info forms completed from your records. Brokers • One card per broker company — MC, DOT, address, payment terms, invoicing email and agents. Duplicates can be merged; new loads are filled from the broker's card; verify an MC with FMCSA in two taps. Loads and drivers • Assign a load by searching the lists; a picked truck brings its own recent trailer. • Stop hours print cleanly, with a Call shipper/receiver link. • Day-rate drivers are paid by the calendar day, once, on payroll, the P&L and the Earnings Report alike. • A relay leg is never paid twice; a relay payslip names only the driver's own leg. • A load filled from a rate con cannot be saved with a gap — Fix before saving. • A Use factoring switch in Company Profile; companies that never factored see nothing about it. Plus many smaller fixes.

Seal, temperature and load photos now open a plain camera instead of the document scanner, so a photo of a reefer display or a seal stays a photo. Safety & Compliance waits until it has read your drivers' files before it answers, instead of showing "everyone is in order" for a moment and then correcting itself. Regulation numbers no longer get cut off, and a long title can't push a sheet's close button off the screen. Tracking: every stop on a multi-stop load now gets its own update to the broker, naming the right dock. An update that couldn't be sent is recorded in Live activity rather than disappearing quietly. Oregon weight-mile tax is estimated from the rate on your own filed returns, and a tax payment can no longer be recorded twice when it arrives both from your bank and from a filed receipt. Plus fixes across the AI hub, the loads screen and the driver app.

Driver pay for waiting time, end to end. • Detention and layover pay for drivers now has one home — Account → Automations. Set the free hours, the hourly detention rate and the day rate once, and they apply to every driver and owner-operator, and print on new job offers and contracts automatically. • Turn on Auto driver detention pay and a wait past the free time is paid by itself: the line lands on payroll, on the load and on the driver's phone. • A driver can ask to be paid for a wait from their own phone, using the stop's in and out times. You approve, adjust or decline it — and a decline always carries your reason. • Layovers are counted and paid by the day. • Owner-operators' detention follows their own contract — the broker's terms where the rate confirmation states them, otherwise the rate and free hours on their profile. Equipment records your accountant can use. • Record what a truck or trailer cost and what became of it — sold, traded or retired — and get a yearly Equipment bought & sold report. Automations, rebuilt. • The switches that decide what goes out without you are grouped by what they actually do, and the setting that used to be three separate controls is now one. Also in this release: every box that takes money looks and behaves like money, the dispatch fee is charged on the revised total the same way factoring is, a truck you've sold is no longer offered on a rate confirmation, Safety & Compliance records, and DOT audit preparation.

• Detention: the clock runs live on the load, and a broker heads-up is drafted the moment free time ends, using the rate confirmation's own terms. • Lumpers: drivers report the amount, the office says who paid, and a fronted lumper stays pending until the broker's revised rate confirmation is recorded. • Broker emails lay out claims as a clear table, and POD sends copy everyone the broker copies. • Fixes: Needs You cards dismiss cleanly, one detention card per stop, and loads are stamped in pickup order.

Dock problems, sorted out while the driver is still there. • Report a problem from the dock in a few taps — rejected or damaged freight, a short or over count, a temperature failure, a refused reference number, a closed facility, a scale issue, a lumper fee, or an unexplained wait. Pick what happened, answer a question or two, add photos, done. • Your office gets the message to the broker already written, with the driver's photos attached, waiting for someone to approve it. • Check in, waiting, loading and finished taps so the office can see where a truck actually is on the property. All optional — nothing nags, and nothing is required to run the load. Money and pay • Fixed a settlement that could count one payment twice on year-to-date totals, the 1099 and driver pay costs. • A pay setup that contradicts itself now warns the office instead of quietly quoting the wrong number. • The dispatch fee shows everywhere it applies, and no detention is charged for a relay handoff between your own drivers. Hiring • An issuing-state box on CDLs, blank columns for hand-filled DQ forms, and reminders for qualification items that come due each year.

Pay clarity everywhere: every load row on a driver or owner-operator profile now shows the load rate and exactly how the pay was worked out — rate minus dispatch fee, miles times rate, or percentage — with relay legs labeled leg by leg. Contracts made simple: pick how a contractor is paid and the form asks for exactly one figure — including the new "linehaul minus dispatch fee" option — and the contract opens much faster. Also in this update: a cleaner home screen with the current load front and center, a professional address form with apartment/suite and one-tap autofill, batch payslip printing, live-tracking rows that say whether a position came from the truck's ELD or the driver app, and tightened document pickers on broker emails.

Email your broker without leaving the app: paperwork sends from your connected business mailbox as ONE clean email that rides the load's existing email thread, with a tap-to-preview eye on every attachment so you can verify the signed POD before it goes. Sending is instant — the sheet closes and the email goes out in the background. Combined PDF packets now read in filing order: invoice first, rate confirmation with its driver instructions right behind it, then POD, BOL, and receipts. Relay handoffs got one clear button per driver with the right clocks, and check-in/check-out stamps can never be duplicated or falsely closed. Fuel imports now match every transaction to the card's driver and the truck they actually drove that day — and adding a card later automatically heals past transactions. Owner-operator profiles show each load's math (pay basis − dispatch fee = net), money figures never wrap on printed statements, and outstanding A/R reads the same everywhere. Plus smoother pull-to-refresh, dropdown pickers in every form, and dozens of smaller fixes.
