FleaFlicker is an arcade game for Japanese learners who want kana practice that feels like play. Clear falling Japanese words by typing their kana readings on the native iPhone kana keyboard before they hit the bottom. Practice kana with a keyboard people actually use. If the Japanese Kana keyboard is not installed yet, FleaFlicker includes a guided setup flow. A tutorial teaches the basic flick directions before your first full run, so practice starts with the same keyboard you can use in Messages, Notes, search, and anywhere else you type Japanese. Turn kana into reflex. Each target asks you to read, recall, flick, and clear. The falling-word pace keeps practice active, helping kana recognition and typing rhythm build through repeated runs instead of static drills. Build Japanese vocabulary while you play. FleaFlicker uses themed word sets across everyday categories like food, travel, people, objects, activities, punctuation, symbols, and more. You practice kana readings while seeing real Japanese words in motion. Choose how much reading help you want. Start with kana readings, add kanji with kana support, flip the emphasis when you are ready, or try kanji-only mode for a harder run. Chase better runs. Track high scores, best kana per minute, average kana per minute, and run results. Game Center leaderboards and achievements add goals for players who want to compete with friends and come back for just one more run. Play the full arcade game free. No ads. No tracking.
