The loop is simple and soothing. Ladle batter into the mold to set a loaf. Move it to the curing rack, where it ages over a couple of hours — cured bars sell for more, and your aged stock quietly sells at the morning market even while the app is closed. When a loaf is ready, take it to the cutting board and slice it into bars: every clean cut lands with a satisfying sound, a gentle haptic tap, and a little drop of coin.
