The coaching model is new: a 7-day free trial, then every session prescribed from your pain logs. Also in this release: a redesigned interface, guided voice sessions, flare-up recovery mode, health data correlations, and a doctor-ready progress report.

Small copy fixes: the equipment help sheet no longer mentions ceiling height, and the Supporter list no longer describes graph history twice.

Unfinished workouts are now offered back. If the app closes mid-session, the sets you had already logged are no longer lost. Fixes a bug where the short medical notice before your first workout could be skipped for people who set the app up and returned later. New look: translucent surfaces with a softer, deeper background. Charts are readable over longer ranges — the six-month pain trend is no longer buried under overlapping points. Home now prompts you to log pain the day after a workout, which is the number the program's recommendations are built on. Clearer calendar (a legend for the dots), more accurate reading time in the Guide, and the app version now appears in Settings.

Everything from the last update, plus a fix worth calling out. - The app's fonts now ship inside the app, so it looks right on a first launch with no connection and never reaches out to a font server. - Rest timer keeps accurate time when your phone locks, and tells you when rest is done. - Leaving a workout with unsaved sets now asks first. - Today's stage follows your recent pain, easing off automatically when it climbs. - Log a pain spike and get rest-first guidance, plus the option to pause reminders. - Share your pain trend as an image. - Your baseline is tracked over time, so the chart shows where you actually started. - Optional reminders for workout days and the day-after pain check. - Notes on pain entries, a logging streak, a weekly recap, and stage-up progress while you train. - Clearer wording throughout, and quick ways to rate or share the app from Settings.
