We’ve updated the book list with a design that looks and feels more like a bookshelf. We’ve also made several improvements, including the ability to save quotes directly from Kindle. ■ New Features ・Save quotes directly from the Kindle app. Select a passage in Kindle and tap the share button, then choose “grow books.” A quote form will open with the book and selected passage filled in automatically. Simply tap “Save Quote” to save it. There’s no need to switch apps, so you can keep reading without breaking your flow. ・A refreshed design for your book list. Shelf boards and shadows give your collection the depth of a real bookshelf. We hope it brings you the same joy as arranging books on your own shelves. ■ Improvements ・Share more about yourself with “My Top 10 Novels.” You can now display your username and profile alongside your picks, making them more personal when sharing with friends or on social media. You can also choose to hide your username. ・Choose whether to show reading goals. The statistics screen lets you set how many books you’d like to read this year. For those who prefer to enjoy reading without setting a target, we’ve added an option to hide reading goals. Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the statistics screen to turn them off. ・Book details are easier to edit. You can now open the spine editor with a single tap. We’ve also made the book information form easier to fill out. ・You can now copy your notes and quotes. ・Slightly improved search accuracy when adding books from a shelf photo. ■ Bug Fixes ・Fixed an issue where the spine cropping preview appeared smaller than the actual image. ・Fixed an issue where tapping “Close” did not leave the barcode screen after opening it from a widget. ・[Premium] Fixed an error when importing 700 or more books at once from a CSV file. We’ll continue improving the app to help make your reading life more enjoyable. Thank you for your continued support of grow books.

You can now enjoy book spine views across more pages in the app. This update also brings new features and usability improvements, including more accurate author searches based on your feedback. Thank you to everyone who shared their suggestions! ■ New Features ・Added a book spine view to your book list. ・You can now display and save images of your monthly finished books and your personal top 10 novels as book spines. ・Added a calendar view to the monthly finished books page. ・Added batch registration from a photo of your bookshelf. This feature is in beta, and we’ll continue improving its accuracy. ・Added a Lock Screen widget for quick access to the app. ・You can now read release notes within the app. ■ Improvements ・Searching by author name now shows a list of books by that author. ・Book search now supports filtering, sorting, and loading results beyond the first 30. ・The book spine cropping screen now lets you re-edit crops, make fine adjustments, save spine images, and clear images. ・Improved the appearance of books without spine images. ・You can now choose a color for each publisher to use when a spine image hasn’t been added. ・[Premium only] You can now import up to 1,000 books via CSV. ・Improved loading speeds throughout the app. ・You can now back up your library with no limit on the number of books. ■ Bug Fixes ・Fixed author totals in “Most-Read Authors” on the statistics screen so that variations in an author’s name are grouped correctly. ・Fixed issues with CSV imports. We’ll keep working to make the app easier and more enjoyable to use. Thank you for your continued support of grow books!
