Reading time is no longer over-counted while a story sits open beneath other screens. • Safer iCloud sync — backups from different devices now merge instead of overwriting each other, restoring can no longer discard downloaded chapters, and reading-time totals stay consistent across devices. • Deleted reader profiles stay deleted — removing a typography profile no longer resurrects it through iCloud sync. • Widget fix — tapping the last-read widget can no longer rewind your saved reading position to an older spot. • Subscriptions & follows — all your AO3 subscriptions sync (not just the first page), a signed-out session can no longer clear them, author follows are checked reliably in background refresh, and notification permission is requested the moment you first follow a work or author. • Popular tab — ships and characters are now ranked from live AO3 data again. • Search fixes — typed tags no longer autocorrect to more popular lookalike tags, a crash on some international characters is fixed, and a temporary network error no longer sticks to a tag until relaunch. • Page-by-page fix — paragraphs can no longer get cut off with "…" when reading page-by-page with the controls hidden (most visible on Mac).
