Deleting a category that still has expenses? Spliddy now lets you move those expenses to another category in one step, then deletes the category — no more orphaned expenses. Plus behind-the-scenes reliability work: hardened data decoding so nothing is lost on upgrade, and more robust new-expense notifications.

Two big additions: Custom categories for your whole group - add your own categories and sub-categories, rename, reorder or remove them, and the add-expense picker now shows each category's name. New-expense notifications - get a notification when someone adds an expense to a shared group. Turn it on in Settings.
