Great app, forget IMDB

People always rely on IMDB for movie recs but it's very quickly and long become an absolute tirade of nothing but adverts and sponsored promotions. This is taking it back to what we all actually want, which is personal recommendations. I've been wanting something like this for quite a while so I'm glad that I found this app. It's great especially as you get more friends on here you start to get really really tailored recommendations that are really linked to what you're actually looking for. Couldn't recommend it enough especially if you're somebody that actually cares about good films and good TV that aren't just promoted from whoever can pay the most money - 5*s

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time. It’s awesome being able to see what my friends are watching, share recommendations, and keep track of all the movies and shows I’ve seen without jumping between different streaming apps.I’ve already found a bunch of great shows I probably never would’ve watched otherwise. The app is super easy to use, looks great, and makes finding something to watch so much easier. If you’re always asking friends for recommendations or forgetting what you wanted to watch, definitely give this app a try. It’s quickly become one of my favorite apps.

Enjoying the features, i often jump on Seen to check friends’ watchlists instead of scrolling through Netflix. A much better way of finding movies & shows I’m likely to enjoy - and a great way to connect with friends

New here? Welcome. Seen is the app for getting what to watch from your friends, not an algorithm. This update: recommend a single season, so when a friend only needs to see Season 3 you can send exactly that. The friend profile got a full redesign, with Profile and Library tabs under one header that tucks away as you scroll. A cleaner full-screen recommend flow. Chat about a single episode without spoiling the season. Sharper images throughout. Plus quieter fixes: recommendations tidy themselves away when you remove a title from your watchlist, threads update live as friends react, and coming back after a long break is smoother.
