Gridcrawl is the nonogram you can lose. Every encounter is a procedurally generated picross grid — read the row and column numbers, fill the cells you're sure of, and reveal the hidden picture. But this is a dungeon, and a wrong fill costs health. Run out and the run is over.
The calm of filling a grid, now with the pull of a roguelike. Clear a grid to descend a branching dungeon, choose your path, and claim relics that bend the rules of every grid that follows.
A RUN, NOT A LEVEL LIST
There is no static puzzle pack here. Each crawl is a freshly generated dungeon of escalating grids, capped by four bosses that fight dirty — veiling your row and column clues until you probe each line, and growing the grid larger than anything above.

Build variety the flat picross genre never had:
- Torchlight reveals correct cells at the start of every grid
- Cartographer's Map hands you a full solved row
- Ironhide Plate forgives your first mistake
- Seer's Eye shows how many cells remain
- Phoenix Feather pulls you back from a lethal slip, once per run
Stack them into a run that's yours alone.

Every grid you clear banks Shards — even on a failed run. Spend them at camp on permanent upgrades: more starting health, a free relic each run, richer rewards. Climb deeper each time.
