ReadyEddy is the rescue dog for your calendar. One minute before each meeting, he takes over your screen — calmly, briefly — and shows you the one button that joins. Whether you're deep in a doc, presenting in full-screen Keynote, or already in a different Zoom call, he gets through.
WHAT EDDY DOES
• Watches every calendar in Calendar.app — iCloud, Google, Exchange, Outlook
• Pops a calm panel one minute before each meeting starts (lead time is adjustable, 0–5 minutes)
• Detects the join link in the event — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or a phone dial-in — and gives you one button to join it
• Opens the native app when you have it installed; falls back to your browser when you don't
• Covers full-screen apps, multiple displays, and apps in their own Space — the moments other reminders quietly fail
• Stays out of the way when you don't need him: declined meetings are skipped, all-day events are ignored, you get a 5-minute grace period if you've already joined late
WHO EDDY IS NOT
Eddy is not a productivity app. He doesn't transcribe, summarize, or score your meetings. He doesn't add accounts, sync to a cloud, or send your calendar anywhere. He has one job: make sure you're never the person typing "running 2 min late!" in chat again.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your calendar stays on your Mac. ReadyEddy reads it locally via the standard macOS Calendar permission and never sends it to any server. There's no account, no login, no analytics tracker.

Five built-in themes — Summit, Hearth, Alpine Dawn, Dusk, Chestnut — pick the one that matches your desktop.
