Dazzle now speaks 11 languages — four of them are brand new. • Dutch, Danish, Swedish, and Finnish — everything from the menus to the names of every puzzle is translated. Dazzle automatically switches to your device's language, or you can pick one yourself in Settings → Language. • Smoother translations — we reviewed every screen in Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, and Ukrainian and rewrote hundreds of lines so they sound natural, not translated. Portuguese is now European throughout, and theme descriptions are translated as well. • Legend difficulty — your best times on Legend now sync to your account, so they stay put when you sign out and back in. The ratings you give Legend puzzles now reach us, too. Also in this version: the will-o'-wisps in Lantern Hollow drift on their own instead of following the piece you're holding.

Halloween comes to Dazzle, and your puzzles can now be made of wood. • Lantern Hollow — a new Halloween theme: a low harvest moon, bats that dart away from your finger, will-o'-wisps that circle the piece you're holding, and jack-o'-lanterns that flare with every piece you place. Free for everyone until November 2. • Animals — a new piece shape that turns any picture into a wooden puzzle. Every piece looks laser-cut from plywood, wood grain and scorched edges included, and many of them are shaped like animals: a fox, a hedgehog, a whale, a snail, a butterfly and more. • Autumn — a second wooden shape, with pieces shaped like maple and ginkgo leaves, acorns, mushrooms, pumpkins, pinecones, apples and pears. You'll find both new shapes on the setup screen, marked NEW. Also in this version: the yearly Premium plan now shows its monthly price in your own currency.

Autumn arrives in Dazzle, along with a new way to show off every puzzle you finish. • Golden Autumn — 18 new puzzles for the season: misty forests, cats and dogs among the fallen leaves, Hallstatt, Central Park, London in the rain and a harvest moon. • Share your wins — the finished picture now takes center stage on the win screen, and a new Share button sends it to friends along with your time and difficulty. • Redesigned Settings — a shorter, tidier list. On iPhone, Account, Theme, Soundtrack and Language each open in a panel of their own; on iPad they open right beside the list. Your Game Center leaderboards and achievements now live in Settings too. • A roomier setup screen on iPad — the preview sits beside the difficulty levels, and every cut style gets its own card, so you can see exactly what you're choosing. • Cleaner pack covers — every pack in the Library now shows four pictures, plus a count of how many more are waiting inside. Also in this version: pictures that come to life with a short video when you finish them now appear first in each pack, and the Premium button wears a crown.

This update fixes signing in and cloud sync, which weren't working in the last version. • Sign in with Apple works again — and with it, cloud backup and syncing your collection between your iPhone and iPad. Nothing was lost: your finished puzzles, stars and best times have been saved on your device the whole time, and they'll sync the moment you sign in. • Puzzle ratings and feedback are being sent again. • On iPhone, dragging the difficulty slider up from its lowest setting sometimes went back a screen instead of changing the difficulty. Fixed — and the slider now sits a little more comfortably on the page.

New pictures, new scenes, and a difficulty tier that will take you all evening. • Feline Masters — 18 new puzzles: the great paintings of art history, recast with cats. • Four new themes — Great Oak sets your puzzle beneath a turning autumn oak, while Downpour, Bonfire and Embers add three new scenes for playing after dark. Great Oak and Bonfire are free for everyone. • Legend difficulty — 484 pieces. The largest puzzle in Dazzle so far. • A new setup screen — see the puzzle before you start it, with a live preview of your cut and piece count. On iPhone, choose difficulty with a slider. Also in this version: smoother backgrounds that run cooler, an animated-background switch that now genuinely saves battery, and a fix for pieces on iPhone snapping into place from too far away.

Some pictures now come alive. Place the last piece and the finished picture keeps moving for a moment before the win screen — water splashes, a Ferris wheel turns, a whale breaks the surface. Peek at the picture whenever you need it. • See the finished image — a new button in the top bar shows the completed picture, so you can check a detail and get straight back to the board. • A tidier top bar — the timer folds away into a small clock. Tap it when you want the time, leave it closed when you don't. Pause now sits right beside it. • Loose pieces stand out — a piece resting on an already-assembled area casts a soft shadow, and a gentle glint sweeps over the pieces still waiting to be placed. • Instant sound — picking up and snapping a piece is heard the moment it happens, with none of the old delay. • The reference-image button remembers how you left it, and menus fade in and out more smoothly. Introducing Favorites Tap the heart on any picture to keep the ones you love. They all come together in a new Favorites collection at the top of your library, with a cover made from the images you've saved — so your favorite puzzles are always just a tap away.
