To start, the game heats up my iPhone 17 Pro like a hot plate after about 10 minutes of play (I’m on iOS 26.5). Next, 50% of the time, I’ll reach the end of a stage, and it just hangs, it won’t progress to the next stage select screen. This usually happens if I level up right at the end of a stage. Next, destroying the first very large ship (the one that shoots bombs at you and takes more than 2 nukes to shoot down, takes up about 55-60% of the screen), after destroying him, the stage jumps to the Victory event, leaving all of the gems in the play area. Lastly, there’s stat tracking, but only per run, which seems strange. Why not for the run + all time? And no gamecenter? I know it’s kind of falling behind, but people who play shmups generally REALLY want to score chase against others. With that said. The games not bad. It definitely has potential. So long as the dev sticks with it and doesn’t just pull the game in a month like so many other shmup devs with potentially good games wind up doing. $5 seems like a bit much, but mainly because of the bugs and no GC. Not because of lack of quality or content. If the bugs are fixed and some kind of score tracking, $5 would seem about right.
