Re_Tera is an AI policy investigator with a home inventory built in. Upload your homeowners or renters policy and Re_Tera reads it the way your carrier reads it: looking for the coverage gaps, sublimit traps, and exclusions that turn into denied claims for your personal property. You get a plain-English breakdown of where you stand, before a loss ever happens.
WHAT RE_TERA DOES
Investigation. Upload your policy and Re_Tera cross-checks coverage limits, sublimits, exclusions, and the named insured against your state's insurance code and the denial tactics carriers actually use. Every finding points to the part of the policy behind it. Ask follow-up questions in plain English and get answers grounded in your own document.
Inventory. Build a dated record of what you own: photos, receipts, appraisals, and even a video walkthrough of each room, kept in one place and exportable as a PDF. Carriers ask for proof on day one of a claim. The day a loss happens is the wrong day to start hunting for receipts.
Renewal coach. Carriers add exclusions, reclassify risk zones, and change sublimits at renewal. Re_Tera watches your renewal date, re-investigates the new policy, and hands you specific questions to ask your agent before you sign.

Scanned and photographed policies now upload reliably. Your iPhone reads the text on-device with Apple Vision, so a scanned declarations page no longer comes back empty.
Uploads no longer fail if your connection drops mid-read. The app hands the reading off and fills in your policy page as it completes, so you are taken straight to your policy instead of waiting on a live connection.
