Team chat is here. • Tenants | Team — Messages now has a Team tab for your staff: channels and direct messages, right next to your tenant conversations. • Start a channel or a DM in two taps, public or private. • @mention a teammate to notify them, or @here to reach the whole room. • Reply in threads to keep side discussions out of the main feed. • Pin important messages for the room, or save them for later. • Search every message you have access to. • Messages arrive in real time, with typing indicators and read receipts. • Share photos in any conversation. • More of your team can now sign in: company admins, heads of property management, leasing agents and accountants each see the tools that fit their role.

Fixes and a faster home screen: - Fixed: starting a new conversation failed with an error. Messaging a resident works again from anywhere in the app. - New: a compose button on the Messages tab — search your residents by name, unit or property and start a thread in one tap. - The home screen is now a grid of square tiles, so twice as many shortcuts fit without scrolling.

This build is a visual refresh. The app now uses the same colours, typeface and component styling as the Proprietio web dashboard. No features were added or removed, and no backend behaviour changed. What to look at: 1. COLD START. Force-quit and reopen. Text should appear in Plus Jakarta Sans immediately — never in the system font first. If the app hangs on the splash screen, report it right away. 2. IPAD. This app supports tablet layouts, so it carries the most layout risk in this release. Check the sidebar, the split master/detail view, and rotation in both orientations. Confirm the unread badge on sidebar items is still legible. 3. PORTFOLIO KPIs. Stat labels are now sentence case, not UPPERCASE, and the figures are slightly larger. Confirm long labels still fit and nothing wraps awkwardly. 4. WORK ORDERS. Open the list and a detail view. Status pills are lighter in weight with a thinner tint. Confirm each status is still easy to tell apart at a glance — especially Open vs In Progress vs Resolved. 5. SIGNATURE PAD AND CONDITION PICKER. Both were touched. Draw a signature and pick a few condition ratings; confirm they still respond and render. 6. DARK MODE. Switch your device to dark and walk the main screens. Backgrounds are near-black instead of dark teal. Known cosmetic change, not a bug: cards are flat instead of shadowed, corners are slightly less rounded.

Proprietio Manager now speaks your language. The app automatically follows your device language and is now fully translated into French and Spanish. You can also switch language anytime from your Profile.

What's new to test in this build: • Maintenance tab: it now opens instantly and shows the full ticket list (it was previously unresponsive on iPhone). Scroll the list, switch the All / Open / In progress / Resolved filters, and open a ticket. • Tab labels & headers: the "Maintenance" tab label is no longer cut off, and the empty gap that used to appear under screen titles is gone across tabs. • iPad: rotate the device — the sidebar layout should adapt in both orientations. • App lock: after updating, your existing PIN / Face ID should still unlock the app (no new PIN setup expected). Please flag any tab that won't open, any misaligned layout, or any lock issue.
