HOW IT WORKS
1. SCAN: Take a picture of your ticket's Aztec barcode (the large 2D square code on your train ticket) with your camera to automatically join your train's virtual carriage.
2. CONNECT: Post a request or offer your help in under 30 seconds.
3. TRAVEL SECURELY: Chat via the secure in-app messenger and meet up on board.
EVERYTHING YOU CAN DO ON BOARD:
• Protect your belongings: Need to step away? Ask a trusted passenger to keep an eye on your seat and luggage.
• Save your battery: Borrow a USB-C, Lightning charger, or a power bank from a passenger in your carriage.
• A helping hand for your bags: The community's "Heavy lifters" are here to help you load and store your bulky luggage.
• Live train updates: Queue times at the dining car, connection delays, travel tips... ask your questions directly to fellow travelers on your journey.
PRIVACY FIRST
