Doses fire like alarms — full-screen and persistent, breaking through Silent and Focus — so a reminder isn't a banner you might miss. Mark a dose Taken right from the alert, without unlocking your phone.

Pillbeat keeps your medications, schedules, and history on your device. Premium adds automatic sync through your own private iCloud, and shares your list only with the person you invite — we run no servers and cannot read your data.
