《實驗紀錄：不要碰》是一款單人恐怖逃脫解謎遊戲。
暴雨的夜晚，你踏進一間早已停用的實驗室。外門在身後咬合，紅色警示燈開始閃爍，主機卻像早就知道你會來。牆上的筆記、錄音機裡的殘句、工作證背面的順序，全部都指向同一件事：以前進來的人沒有出去，而他們留下的紀錄正在被某種東西改寫。
你必須在固定節點間探索房間，靠近可疑物件、讀取紀錄、收集材料、判斷被竄改的提示，最後完成配方校正並解除外門封鎖。錯誤與污染會持續累積，異常事件也會干擾你的判斷。請不要相信每一句話，也不要碰錯順序。
