DoseAlly Family is an auto-renewable subscription:
• Monthly — $3.99 per month
• Yearly — $24.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Account settings. A 7-day free trial is available; any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. (A one-time Lifetime purchase of $49.99 is also offered and does not auto-renew.)
