Dark mode, midnight black & black-and-white reading modes for any website. Reduce eye strain, schedule automatically, and control per-site.
Dark Mode for Chrome — Night & Eye Care gives you instant, full-control dark mode for every website you browse. Whether you're reading late at night, working in a dim room,
or simply tired of blinding white pages, this extension makes Chrome comfortable for your eyes in seconds.
THREE READING MODES
• Classic Dark — A balanced, everyday dark theme that softens bright backgrounds while keeping colors natural and readable.
• Midnight Black — Deep contrast and true blacks, designed for low-light environments and OLED/AMOLED screens.
• Black & White — Strips all color from any page for a distraction-free, print-like reading experience. Perfect for long articles, documentation, and research.
PER-SITE CONTROL
Not every website needs dark mode. Pause the extension on specific sites with a single click — directly from the popup — and it will stay paused every time you visit. Sites
with a native dark theme? Leave them as-is. Sites that are painfully bright? Dark mode on.
AUTOMATIC SCHEDULING
Set a start and end time once and forget it. Dark Mode for Chrome will automatically turn on and off on your schedule — no manual toggling required. Ideal for users who want
dark mode only after sunset or during specific work hours.
LIGHTWEIGHT & INSTANT
The popup is purpose-built for speed. Your most-used controls are right on the surface — no deeply buried settings menus, no bloat. It loads instantly and applies changes in
real time.
WHO IS IT FOR?
• Night owls and late-night readers
• People with light sensitivity or eye strain
• OLED/AMOLED device owners who want true blacks
• Developers and researchers who spend hours reading docs
• Anyone who finds the default web too bright
