App Store "What's New"
New
• Tap a phone number to call, text, or copy it. Client and member phone numbers on visit and member screens are now tappable — call from your regular phone app, send a text, or copy the number in one tap.
• Vendors are now reachable from the Home Manager menu.
• Tap any repair photo thumbnail to view it full screen.
Improved
• Photo uploads just work. Photos are compressed before upload so they no longer silently fail to save, and the confusing "[object Object]" upload error is gone — across every photo picker in the app.
• A project's Member Communication now shows the actual email thread and drafts, not just internal notes.
• Faster Member Approval: "Prepare" opens a ready-to-use email template instantly and fills in the AI-written draft the moment it's ready.
• "My Visits" times now display in your correct local time zone.
• The CS Tech close-out list no longer surfaces stale visits from before May 2026.
• Vendor details: the Certificate of Insurance date picker works correctly and the Drive link opens properly.

1.0.19 Jul 6
New
- Recording gap warnings. If any part of a walkthrough recording fails to capture while the app is in the background, a warning shows how much audio may be missing so you can re-record that section instead of finding out later.
Improved
- Choose your maps app. Tapping an address now offers Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze instead of always opening Waze, and property addresses offer View Property or Navigate.
- Repair priority is now a simple 1–5 scale, unprioritized repairs are labeled Unprioritized (not a number), and CS Techs and House Managers can set priority from mobile.
- Walkthrough repair review is more dependable: repairs you've approved stay approved - recording more audio no longer resurfaces them for review - and the review screen opens while extraction is still processing.
- Today tab shows the correct day's visits in your local time zone and no longer lists canceled visits.
- "Repairs Added or Completed Today" on a property now counts only that property's repairs.
- Members can reset their own password from the sign-in screen.
