SP Upload speichert Dateien und Bilder aus anderen Apps direkt in SharePoint – ohne Umweg über Zwischenspeicher oder Desktop. So funktioniert’s: • Datei in einer beliebigen App öffnen und „Teilen“ wählen • „SP Upload“ oder „Speichern in SharePoint“ auswählen • Mit dem Microsoft-Konto Ihrer Organisation anmelden • SharePoint-Site, Dokumentbibliothek und Ordner wählen – fertig Funktionen: • Direkter Upload aus dem iOS-Teilen-Menü (Share- und Action-Extension) • Mehrere Dateien in einem Vorgang (bis zu 10) • SharePoint-Sites durchsuchen und Zielordner auswählen • Anmeldung per Microsoft Entra ID (MSAL) – auch Microsoft Authenticator • Upload-Verlauf in der App mit Erfolg- und Fehlerstatus • Konten zentral verwalten – gilt für App und Erweiterungen • Mehrsprachige Oberfläche (u. a. Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Japanisch) Ideal für Mitarbeitende und Teams, die unterwegs schnell Dokumente, Fotos oder PDFs in SharePoint ablegen möchten – z.
