FirstBorn is a private 90-day preconception habit plan for future dads. Track everyday factors discussed in male fertility and sperm health research—including sleep, movement, alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, heat, and stress—then review your consistency over time.
BUILD CONSISTENCY, DAY BY DAY
Log daily habits in about a minute. Habit Readiness is a proprietary, nonclinical reflection of the information you record. It does not measure sperm or fertility and does not predict conception or pregnancy.
PLAN PRIVATELY AS A COUPLE
Add partner-provided cycle dates to see an estimated fertile window and keep a private history of conception attempts. Calendar estimates can be inaccurate and must not be used for contraception or as medical advice.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No app account or login. Add a passcode to protect sensitive information.
OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH CONNECTION
With your permission, FirstBorn can read supported sleep and activity data from Apple Health to reduce manual entry. Access is optional, read-only, and can be declined without limiting the rest of the app.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
FirstBorn offers two auto-renewable subscriptions for full app access: a 3-month plan and a 6-month plan. There is no free trial. Prices vary by storefront and are shown before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
