New: River Stones, a daily riyaz crossing. Hold each swara of a palta steady until its stone settles, then step to the next. At the end you see how close each note was, in cents, and how long you held it. One Sa–Pa river is open every day. Bansuri Pro opens all 12 rivers: alankars, komal and tivra swaras, and two laya rivers. No drone plays while Bansuri listens. Tune your ear first, or tap Hear Sa on the tanpura for a short reference.

When you finish a steady-tone warm-up after practicing on two different days, Bansuri may ask once whether you'd like to rate it. Ratings help other flute players find the app. Bansuri Pro can be yours with one purchase: Lifetime never renews. Monthly and yearly plans are still available, and current subscribers keep everything they have.

Bansuri Pro can now be yours with a single purchase. Choose Lifetime on the Pro screen to open every deeper path stage, all raga outlines and the full lesson collection for good. It is not a subscription and never renews. Monthly and yearly plans are still available, and current subscribers keep everything they have.

Finish a sur-check drill — every written note held in order at your Sa — and Bansuri will now ask how it's going. That is the only change.

A clearer start to your bansuri practice: • Choose the pitch and octave of your middle Sa before a drill. • Explore a new six-hole reference with half-hole and register guidance. • Follow written note targets in order, including their octave. • Save progress after a measured practice; skipping or silence leaves it unfinished. • Listening now pauses accompaniment, with clearer microphone status and recovery. • Purchases and restoration keep Apple-verified access when the account service is unavailable.

A more honest, deeper Bansuri: all 33 lessons now genuinely play and grade against their own swaras, and finishing one points you to the next. We removed features that weren't real (fabricated riyaz history, the non-working recorder and coach) so the app only promises what it does. Pro adds deeper stages, the full 10-raga library, and all 33 graded lessons. Subscriptions show the real price and 7-day trial.

Now easier to try, and clearer about what you get: • Start with a 7-day free trial on either plan (then $9.99/month or $59.99/year; auto-renews, cancel anytime). • An honest paywall — every line now matches exactly what the app does. The tuner, tanpura and taal metronome are free; Pro adds the deeper riyaz-path stages, the full raga library and all lessons (including the deeper taal drills), unlimited riyaz trends and numeric practice notes. • The same honest, on-device sur and meend feedback that only speaks when it truly hears a settled tone — never a fake green light. Thank you for practising with Bansuri.

Bug fix: resolves a crash some users hit when using the live tuner / audio features (tanpura drone, taal metronome, mic listening) on the latest iPhones and iOS. No other changes.

Rebuilt for Indian bamboo bansuri: chosen Sa fingering chart, sargam lessons, breath/register grading, ornaments, ragas, and public-domain study pieces.
