PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION
CareShelf contains no networking code. Profiles, medications, schedules and dose history never leave your device, because there is nowhere for them to go. Label scanning uses Apple's on-device text recognition on a photo you choose.
CareShelf does not give medical advice. It does not identify a medication, check interactions, or tell anyone to change a dose — it repeats back exactly what you entered or scanned. Ask a doctor or pharmacist about dosing and safety, and do not rely on any app as your only reminder for a medication where a missed dose is dangerous.

• The tab bar could stop responding to taps on iOS 26, leaving the app stuck on Today. Fixed.
• Settings now has a Support section — email us, and reach the help, privacy and terms pages from inside the app.
• A doctor-ready summary of the last 30 days, shareable from Settings, for CareShelf Pro.
• The upgrade screen now names exactly what Pro adds, and what is free and staying free — care profiles among them.
• Corrected our App Store description: it mentioned managing refills, which CareShelf does not do.
