Body Almanac: Alcohol & Sleep

Mindful Drinking, Menopause

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Log drinks and a 20-second morning check-in; about two weeks in, your iPhone charts how you slept on drinking nights beside zero-drink nights. Your data, your call. Is the nightly glass of wine wrecking your sleep? See for yourself — on your own data. Take your body back, on your terms. Body Almanac is a private, on-device tracker for women 45–58 in perimenopause and menopause. Log a drink and a 20-second morning check-in. After about two weeks, it shows you your personal alcohol-and-sleep pattern: how well you sleep on nights you don't drink versus nights you do. Not a generic article — your data. No sobriety framing. No streaks. No shame. Just your data, your body, your choice. What Almanac does: - Tracks drinks (type, amount, when) and a brief morning check-in (sleep quality 1–5, mood, symptoms) - Computes a private, rule-based correlation between your drinking and your sleep quality - Reveals your personal alcohol–sleep pattern once you have enough data (typically 7–14 days) - Shows your pattern as a simple chart: sleep quality on zero-drink nights vs. drinking nights What Almanac never does: - Send your data anywhere — everything stays on your iPhone - Use third-party analytics, crash SDKs, or advertising frameworks - Count sober days, award badges, or create streaks - Claim to diagnose, treat, or replace a doctor Almanac's correlation engine runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no server, no cloud. Your drinks and check-ins never leave your iPhone. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Almanac offers two subscription options: - Almanac Annual — $79.99 per year (about $6.67 per month), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. A calm new look. Almanac now reads like an evening journal — luminous type on a deep, restful dusk background that's easy on the eyes at night. Same private, on-device picture of how alcohol shapes your sleep, in a quieter, more grown-up design.
